Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park Bangkok wins HR award

Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park has won the Effective Labour Relations and Labour Welfare Management Award.

The award was presented to staff attending the 2017 Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award ceremony.

Each year, the shortlisted organisations are carefully evaluated and awarded by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. The evaluation criteria of this award is based on the effectiveness of the company's labour relation and labor welfare management throughout the employment processes.    

As well as the 2017 Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award, Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park has also received a high score of 99 per cent on the Aon Hewitt's employee engagement survey this year.

Marriott says: "All of the above indicators greatly reflect the effectiveness of the company's employee management system. Effective labour management is the backbone of all businesses. It helps improving quality of life and morale within the organisation, as well as building a strong foundation for the company and for the economy at the national level."
